To join friends, families, and neighbors together to serve our schools and community. Our goal is to plan events that will help fill in the gap by giving back, educating and supporting our community, in addition to social events to bring us all together.

 

Eagles for a Cause came about in 2012 while Airport High School Class of 1992 was planning their 20th high school reunion. The idea and cause did not come full circle until planning their 25th reunion in 2017. In August of 2017, Eagles for a Cause was approved as a non-profit charity and with help from alumni, friends, and family the need, hard work and vision had begun. 

EFAC pulled off our first event FLOCK TO THE BLOCK in the Fall of 2017. FTTB is a community food truck vendor festival for everyone to come out and enjoy. We were able to raise $1,992 for AHS E.L.I.T.E. program and we are planning for this to be an annual event. 

 

In addition to our food truck event, EFAC assisted other local charities with food baskets and deliveries during the holiday season. We volunteered for a family fun night at Congaree Elementary in March of 2018. In April of 2018, EFAC will host a Pancake Breakfast fundraiser to raise awareness for Human Trafficking and educate our community with self-defense tips.
